Great beach access and friendly staff.

The food quality was highly disappointing, as variety was minimal and often unappetizing, leading to my family struggling to find meals we enjoyed. Additionally, the taxi services provided by the hotel were extremely unreliable and left us stranded, which severely impacted our overall experience.

The cleanliness in the bathrooms is below expectations!!! A renovation would do wonders for the outdated rooms!!! Also, the limited variety of food options could really use an overhaul!!! Seriously, more creativity needed in meal planning!!!

this hotel really knows how to disappoint. the bathrooms are filthy and rooms are old, not what I expected for a vacation. also, I definitely should've received a complimentary upgrade for all the inconvenience. the buffet was so poor I almost starred in a hunger documentary. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Location was stunning with gorgeous views, and the reception manager was a gem, accommodating my late checkout. Mr Mahmoud and Mr Ahmed Shawky truly made the stay special with their helpfulness.

Location was close to the town center. The staff across different areas, especially Mr Essam in the main restaurant and Mr Mahmoud on the beach, were super friendly and attentive! The cleaning crew did a great job every day!

It was just a good match for a short interlude in Hurghada with very good value for money. The bed was comfortable, and we got a room with a lovely sea view which made the stay much nicer. Avoid the taxis in the lobby and book rides online instead.

the public bathrooms could use some cleaning , but the staff was super friendly and welcoming. i especially appreciated mr waled's attention and quick responses. also loved the various entertainment programs and the quality of meals offered.

Mixed Experiences but a Great Staff Can Make a Difference

I enjoyed the lagoon area for relaxing swims and found the staff remarkably friendly. Special shoutout to Ramazan at the restaurant for his attentive service. Plan ahead during meal times to avoid long waits.
