The wedding reception at this hotel was amazing! the staff, food, and room decoration were all top-notch. the wedding coordinator, Kate, provided invaluable assistance throughout the planning process and went above and beyond on the day itself. the hotel grounds provided a beautiful backdrop for our photos, and despite the construction nearby, it didn't affect our experience at all.

The prices for food and drinks were not very enticing, especially considering the other options available nearby. some staff members came across as robotic and lacking in personality.

We really enjoyed staying here! The location suited us perfectly as it was close enough to the city centre but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It was really nice being by the water too. The staff were amazing and the room service was top notch. We also liked the fact that there were various amenities available such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area.

We'd recommend this place to all.

The dining options were also great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a delicious menu. I was impressed with the 24-hour room service and the wide variety of food available. I highly recommend this venue for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

The bed and linen were excellent. Staff were very helpful. We had a nice meal in the bar. The hotel is well-decorated and clean. The staff also recommended restaurants in the area.

Had an amazing xmas stay! Room was spotless and cozy, with two comfy beds. Loved the complementary Christmas card and chocolates. the hotel is super close to the opera house and the staff was really friendly and helpful. A highlight was the delicious food, especially the cocktails! Definitely recommend trying them.

One of the waitresses could improve on customer service skills as she forgot to clear our table and we had to keep going to the bar to order. There was also a miscommunication with room service and they ended up bringing us food we didn't order.

The value for money at the hotel was great and the room was lovely. The staff were extremely pleasant and the location was perfect for exploring Spinningfields and Salford Central train station.
