During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. the waiters were always smiling and went out of their way to assist us. We were impressed with the creativity of the hotel service, especially the artwork they prepared for the kids. Additionally, the variety of activities available for families made it a great place to spend the holidays.

On the downside, some aspects of the rooms needed renovation, such as the shower and broken ceramics in the bathroom. the cable for the TV was fuzzy and the channels were not clear.

The resort had a great location, with easy access to the beach and a lovely, clean environment. the staff were very friendly and helpful, including the shopkeepers on the premises. the tour salesmen were not too pushy and even took the time to chat with us after selling us a trip. the photographer on site was also extremely welcoming and helpful. it was a very relaxing holiday.

The WiFi at the resort could have been better, as the connection was often slow and unreliable. Additionally, dealing with the sauna, massage, and trip advisors from the area was a bit bothersome, as they tended to exaggerate.

The entertainment activities were amazing and the food was great. The rooms were very clean with a magnificent view. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The rooms were spacious and tidy, providing us with a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better, catering to our every need and ensuring that we felt welcomed. We also enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast options, setting a great start to our day. Additionally, the resort offered plenty of facilities for us to enjoy, creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for the whole family.
