We had a fantastic Easter holiday at this hotel! the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the food was delicious with plenty of variety, especially at the themed restaurants. the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed snorkeling among the coral and colorful fish. the all-inclusive package was great and we loved having access to the poolside bar, as well as the 24-hour pirate bar. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with convenient amenities like a safe and air conditioning. a great experience!

One thing we didn't like was the constant pressure from staff to buy spa treatments. They could be quite persistent, but we just had to be firm and say no.

My friends and I recently had an amazing holiday at a hotel in Egypt. The location was perfect for us as we love snorkeling, and we had to walk a long distance out to the pier to go snorkeling. The main restaurant was also great because we had to visit one of the themed ones, which added excitement to our dining experience. The staff were friendly and always made an effort to include us in the activities. The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including both local and international dishes. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea from our room. It was a memorable experience overall.

That the hotel seemed to attract a lot of Eastern European tourists, which made it a little crowded at times.

Great aqua park, beach and pool with warm water. Staff friendly and helpful. Good variety of food in the restaurants. Room with pool access was fantastic. Lots of activities and shops on site.

the swimming pool and sun terrace were amazing, providing a perfect place to relax. the aqua park was a lot of fun, with a variety of slides to choose from. the spa centre also provided a great place to unwind, with a sauna, Jacuzzi and Turkish bath.

Although this hotel has many great features, there was a minor issue with some of the service. the Spa lounge didn't provide the same level of service as the rest of the venue.

The private beach was amazing, just a few steps from the bar where the friendly bartender made us delicious drinks. The staff constantly cleaned to keep the hotel spotless. a great place for families. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach vacation.
