I stayed in a beautiful hotel in the city center that was conveniently located near all the major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with top-quality bedding and soft towels. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also had a lovely courtyard area where I enjoyed a superb evening meal. I would definitely recommend trying the beef Stroganoff. it was a great place to stay in the city.

The room facing the main street was a bit noisy due to traffic, but the windows were relatively soundproof.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to public transportation and key landmarks. The rooms were clean and comfortable with reliable Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The noise level from the street outside was quite high, especially during the evenings and early mornings. The windows were not fully sealed, allowing in the cold air and noise.

They went above and beyond to support me and ensure my safe return to Japan. This level of support is crucial for personal tourists visiting Russia. The hotel staff at Helvetia are truly reliable and dependable. Additionally, I loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near the metro station and Nevsky Prospekt. There were plenty of restaurant options, including the famous night spot, Rubinstein Street.

For us, the hotel was simply ideal. 👍
