I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the room service was excellent, and the staff members were always smiling and ready to help. the restaurant and poolside snack bar provided delicious food, and the breakfast spread was impressive. the housekeeping was spot on, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Ballman, especially at the Mirage restaurant, was very courteous and kind.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the organization during meal times. Sometimes, the restaurant was a bit messy and the staff seemed untrained.

Oh, the joy of slow room service and forgetful housekeeping. And let's not forget the charm of waiting in line for 15 minutes to get my pasta fix.

The pools and Aqua Park were lit, perfect for cooling off and having a blast. The kids' club was so much fun - we played games and did cool activities. The indoor and outdoor venues were dope for chilling and partying with friends.

If there was one thing that could make it even better, it'd be some more wild party activities for us young folks.

The location is ideal with stunning views of both the pool and the beach from the lobby. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, particularly the housekeeping team. The food choices and quality are exceptional with an on-site shop offering affordable swimwear. The newly built and furnished rooms are beautiful, some with direct sea views. The wellness spa is fantastic.

As young holiday goers, we loved the excellent food, friendly staff, and great facilities. The health center wellness spa was a highlight, and the hotel layout and signage made it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and modern, with a lovely balcony to relax on. And the pools, oh boy! We had a blast splashing around in the three pools, which were all new and well-maintained. it was an amazing experience!
