I recently stayed at the Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites for a week while exploring the downtown area. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options. I was impressed that they also provided daily newspapers, which is a rarity these days. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-kept, with fridges, microwaves. The breakfast offered was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

The air conditioning units were quite noisy in some rooms, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The staff was accommodating and the indoor swimming pool was a nice way to relax after a long day.

The only service I missed for my work was having an on-site printing and copying service available in the business center. It would have been helpful to have this facility to handle some urgent document needs.

Lovely room with seating area and a great location. the hotel is conveniently located near the hop-on hop-off bus and has plenty of dining options nearby. the breakfast spread was excellent, although the dining area was a bit crowded. the hotel also had multiple elevators and a reasonably priced laundry facility.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly as we found various items on the floor and under the cushions. the TV area was also quite dusty.
