The guestroom at Triumph Luxury Hotel was amazing! The 24-hour room service made me feel pampered, and the free WiFi was a lifesaver. Having a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave was so convenient for my needs as a disabled traveler.

The air conditioning was a bit too cold for my liking.

The breakfast had limited options, but the Middle Eastern breakfast was enjoyable. Despite some hiccups, the hotel overall provided good value for the money. The executive lounge was also a highlight, with a variety of complimentary snacks and drinks. The room had almost all needed amenities, including a nice shower and balcony. Big thanks to the helpful staff at the entrance, reception, restaurants, and conference center.

There was one downside to the hotel, which was the quality of the pillows. They were not up to par with the high standard of the hotel.

The gym was clean and huge, perfect for getting my workout in. The breakfast had lots of options for vegetarians and the Moroccan restaurant was fantastic. The Italian food was also excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile.

The only minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas, which made the poolside a bit too sunny. However, the garden area provided a great alternative to relax under the trees.

And the spa and wellness center was amazing! There were plenty of activities to keep me entertained, such as the swimming pool, sauna, and tennis court.

My Easter weekend was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even gave us complimentary fruit platters in our room that were so tasty. The location was perfect, with easy access to tourist sites and restaurants. And the breakfast was divine! So many options to choose from, everything was fresh and delicious.

The confusion we experienced finding our room. The hotel is quite large and the hallways were a bit confusing to navigate.
