We stayed in a hotel near the mall and landmarks, making it a convenient location. The staff was friendly and always happy to assist with calling taxis. The breakfast was also great, according to one guest who has experience with many five-star hotel breakfast buffets.

Some guests reported issues with the ventilation and the ventilation system allowing cigarette smoke into the bathroom, which can be a nuisance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to two shopping centers and a mall with a supermarket. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed such as a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided. The staff here was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They even made extra efforts to serve drinks and food on the terrace. The leisure facilities such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna were great for relaxation.

The staff here doesn't suit to be at the front line of customer service, but overall I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Although the shower took a while to heat up, it was a minor inconvenience given all the positive aspects of this hotel. The only other issue was some minor wear and tear in the room, but it did not detract from the overall experience.
