My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff members were incredibly welcoming and helpful; they went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in was quick and smooth. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the in-room breakfast service was a real treat. the poolside snack bar was perfect for grabbing a quick bite, and the spa & wellness center provided top-notch massages that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were great for unwinding, and the beach access allowed for serene moments by the sea.

While my stay was fantastic overall, one area for improvement would be the reliability of the free Wi-Fi. It would be beneficial for the hotel to ensure a more stable connection for guests.

Magnificent Infinity Pool: As I lounged in the outdoor Jacuzzi, sipping on a cocktail, I couldn't help but marvel at the stunning panoramic views of the heated infinity pool. It felt like I was in a scene from a movie, surrounded by luxury and tranquility.

Air conditioning issue:

During my recent business trip to Hurghada, my director chose Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh as our accommodation, and it turned out to be an exceptional choice. I had a perfect sun-filled day by the pool, and the hotel's four pools, including the special wave pool, provided a beautiful experience for both me and my family. The luxurious spa offered a purely relaxing experience, where I indulged in luxurious pampering and healing treatments in a stress-relieving environment. The premium luxury wellness and therapeutic treatments alleviated the load on my body and mind, allowing me to truly enjoy every moment of my day. The hotel truly made me feel special and indulged, ensuring a truly unforgettable experience.

I had a blast at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh! The pools were a hit with the kids, and the beachfront restaurant had killer views. The global cuisine was a treat, and the nightly entertainment kept us on our toes. The spa was my personal heaven, and the Club lounge was the perfect chill spot. Can't wait to go back for more fun in the sun! Oh, and don't forget the endless buffet at Sunset Terrace – a foodie's dream come true! Cheers from a British archaeologist with a taste for adventure.

The endless activities, from the exciting aqua park to the welcoming hospitality team, made our stay unforgettable. The three outdoor swimming pools, heated in winter, along with the fun-featured children's pool, ensured that every member of our family, from the youngest to the oldest. We especially loved visiting the health club, where we found everything we needed to stay fit, all while cherishing every moment of our vacation.

My wife says that she wished there were more shaded areas around the pool for families with children.

I chose this hotel for attending a congress because it provides a fully equipped banquet hall and a team of hospitality professionals eager to impress and exceed all expectations. The view was amazing, and the room was spacious, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One service that I missed for my work was faster room service response in addressing issues such as the safe not working.

stayed at the Tropitel and had a splendid time. rooms were immaculate, food was delectable with various options, and plenty of activities for everyone's enjoyment. the staff, especially Mr Andrew, Mr Michael, and Mr Khaled, were exceptionally helpful and professional. a perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation with outstanding service.

What a dreamy stay by the pier! the spa treatments were the highlight - pure bliss. DEFINITELY coming back, looks even better in person.

The hotel is located a bit far from the main Sahl Hasheesh area but offers a complimentary taxi service, with a beautiful nearby area called the Bay Village worth exploring. The hotel's own reef off a jetty is a stunning dive spot. The food variety was satisfying, and the medical center services were excellent. The spacious room, friendly staff, and great amenities like the beach, pool, and kids' area made our stay enjoyable. The nightly entertainment, especially the shows by the beach bar, were a nice touch. On the downside, the bed was uncomfortably hard, and some maintenance issues were not promptly resolved, but overall, our extended stay with family and friends was a memorable and relaxing experience.

Excellent Service and Comfortable Accommodation

The hotel offers exceptional service with always smiling and welcoming staff. the rooms are comfortable with exceptional views, and the grounds are modern and clean. However, the sales approach on the beach can be a bit overwhelming at times.

The Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh in Hurghada exceeded my expectations with its elegant decor and spacious rooms. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors and furnished terraces offered breathtaking sea views. The room's amenities were impressive, especially the bathroom featuring both a shower and a tub, providing the perfect setting for ultimate relaxation.

One minor downside was the slightly hyperactive activities staff who seemed to disrupt the designated relax area at the beach. However, this did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience at the Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was luxurious with everything in its place. The location was great, and the staff treated us so well, especially the attentive animation team.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.

The hotel is located by a long pier, with life jackets available for those who need them. The beach area has ample sun beds available. The breakfast selection is varied and the staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious and come with a safe, while the bathrooms are clean and bright.

The Mexican restaurant's menu is far from authentic and the poorly trained staff are disappointing.

Great value for money. The hotel is located right on the beach and has amazing snorkeling opportunities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well-equipped with both a shower and a tub. Breakfast is also tasty and satisfying.

No negatives, everything was ok.

I always stay here for good reasons. First time, staff helped with currency. This place suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, fitness studio, water sports, massages, kids' activities. On-site car park, 24-hr security, airport shuttle, restaurant. Coming back for city trip.
