The hotel is situated in a beautiful bay where you can enjoy stunning views of the sunrise over the sea and the sunset over the mountains. The rooms are spacious and clean, with efficient air conditioning. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout your stay. The breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious options, and the beach bar service is spot on. Additionally, there are plenty of swimming pools and a good beach for guests to enjoy.

Wonderful desert location, feels like a Star Wars movie set. Unique garden and big, clean, heated pools. Delicious food, spacious and clean rooms. Excellent guided tour in the Ghost City.

The complimentary water sports were an excellent bonus, and we had great fun paddleboarding and kayaking on the lagoon. the beach was beautiful and always had available loungers for us to relax on. the food was exceptional, with a wide range available at all times. the themed restaurant was fantastic and had an array of cuisines on offer. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help.

Although it was a nice resort, we found the location to be a bit remote, and there wasn't much to do in the surrounding area. the language barrier made it difficult to communicate with some of the staff members, as there were a lot of German tourists.

The hotel team was extremely accommodating, providing a DBL room with a king-size bed and an additional bed for the baby. The request for a quiet room was also satisfied. The food, room service, entertainment program, sport activities, and beach amenities were exceptional. The activities for kids exceeded our expectations, with our son loving the Mini Club. The hotel's large territory with a long pier and blossoming trees was impressive. The high-quality staff work in restaurants, bars, the gym, and other areas made our stay enjoyable.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities such as a spa, sauna, jacuzzi, and outdoor swimming pool with heated option. the beach access and aqua park add to its beauty. the spa centre has a treatment room, including manicure and facial options.

The only minor issue faced was with sun loungers. People tend to reserve sun loungers early, making it difficult to get a good spot.
