Beautiful place but not worth the hassle

I recently stayed at this resort and although the location was beautiful, it was quite remote and far from the main attractions I wanted to visit. The resort was located about 3km from the main road and getting there was a bit of a challenge. Communication with the staff was also difficult as they didn't understand us well. The nearest convenience store was quite far, about 3km away, and getting a taxi was expensive. The lack of bike taxis in the area made getting around even more difficult. On top of that, there were very few guests during our stay. We asked the staff for a bike rental, but they told us it wasn't possible the next morning, forcing us to hire an expensive taxi to get to the city. Despite the beauty of the resort, I would not recommend it for anyone who wants to explore Phuket. The service left a lot to be desired and it felt like everyone was just trying to make a quick buck. I can't say I had a great experience at this resort.

Stayed here for a business trip and loved the beautiful surroundings. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Loved that the room was sparkling clean and the pool was well-maintained. the shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient.

The location of the resort was quite far from major attractions and the breakfast buffet was not up to expectations. Transportation to nearby places was difficult to arrange and there were no rental bikes available.

Lovely staff, convenient location, perfect room, spotless pool.
