The staff is friendly and attentive. The food options are varied and delicious. The beach is beautiful and great for snorkeling. The pool is large and inviting. Lots of activities and entertainment options.

Friendly and competent staff, clean facilities, beautiful pools, nice bars, all-inclusive drinks are good, clean beach.

Complementary drinks at the pool and an interesting entertainment program were the best aspects of this hotel. the location near the beach and with easy access to restaurants and shops was also convenient. the hotel had a nice spa service that I enjoyed.

Although the hotel had a nice atmosphere, the room was uncomfortable and too small for the price. the variety of food at the restaurant was limited and uninspiring.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were amazed by the luxurious amenities that were provided. From the spa and wellness centre to the outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, beach access, and live entertainment, this hotel had it all. the massage services were exceptional and the Spa lounge was the perfect place to relax after a long day out.

The only minor issue we had was with the Wi-Fi as it seemed to be a bit weak in some areas of the hotel. this was a small issue that did not detract from the overall experience.

Amazing food and cocktails, warm swimming pools, and a perfect play yard for children. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the kitchen offered a wide variety of delicious items. The location was also great, with a shop opposite that had the best prices in town. The reef with fishes and corals was beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend Magic World Sharm - Club By Jaz for a 10-day trip with children.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, with its various bars scattered between the palm trees close to the beach. The location allowed for a quick dip to see the marine life straight off the end of the jetty. The rooms were spotless and had a great view of the garden. The staff were friendly and had a great memory for individual guests, providing excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety of food options and the main dishes were well labeled.

The WiFi connection was still patchy and unreliable.
