Celebrating my 60th on the jetty was magical! The staff made it unforgettable, especially Fares, who brought us drinks before we even asked. The variety of food was impressive, and the snorkelling adventures were top-notch each day.

While the entertainment could be improved, with some shows repeated during our 12-night stay, the overall experience was still wonderful. Additionally, the internet connection could be spotty in our room, but the service and ambience more than made up for it.

The deluxe sea view room offered romantic touches, including a soft minibar and a fantastic view. Staff like Magdy and Youssef provided an unmatched level of warmth and care, making our stay truly memorable.

The restaurant layout caused chaos. it was difficult to navigate queues for food. Additionally, the beach was overcrowded, making relaxation a challenge with sunbeds crammed together.

The noise isolation in the rooms is absolutely terrible. I could hear every footstep and conversation in the hallway, which made it hard to relax. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the food court was inadequate, leaving us to sweat through our meals. I was also disappointed by the lack of proper seating by the beach, where all sunbeds were crammed together with no personal space, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the sun.

I enjoyed the stay at the resort. The staff were friendly and made sure I was well taken care of. The views of the sea were beautiful. I had a private dinner on the jetty for my birthday, making it special. The animation team kept the daily activities engaging. Every evening brought something new. I appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds. Overall, a satisfying experience for anyone who enjoys sun and relaxation, just like I do.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like beach access, heated swimming pool, and a fitness center. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost jewel during my first visit. Come here for a relaxing city break!

The snorkeling was absolutely incredible! ! The pools were a delight to choose from, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, especially near the health club and swimming pool.

The entertainment options could use more variety. some nights felt a bit too quiet, only nightlife music playing late.
