The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and is tastefully decorated. The staff, especially the lady on the day of my arrival, were extremely helpful and welcoming. They even went out of their way to order food for me when I arrived late and tired. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which was convenient for me as I had a few hours to explore the city before my flight.

I felt completely relaxed during my stay and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble for me.

During my recent stay at Adoryal Hotell, I had the pleasure of experiencing the excellent customer service provided by the staff. Specifically, the receptionists, Keit and KaiRit, were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The cleaning ladies, Svetlana and Alla, also did a fantastic job in maintaining the cleanliness of my room. the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the modest breakfast selection and the lack of grocery stores nearby, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Adoryal Hotell for its excellent service and stunning views.

Nothing, it was perfect.

What an Easter stay we had! the amazing panoramic view from our room's terrace was one of the best aspects. the cozy deluxe double room was just perfect and fully equipped. It had everything we needed, including soft and comfortable beds with luxury white linen. the location was key. We were only a few minutes' walk from the city center, and next to a large shopping mall with a supermarket. We loved the delicious food we had at the hotel bar too.

The only downside to our stay was the noise coming from some of the other guests. Some people treated the hotel like their private property, and we were kept awake until 2-3 am by the loud partying and noise from the other rooms.

Quiet and spacious room with excellent bed and nice white sheets. TV was impressive and reception staff was helpful. No tea making facility but they provided hot water upon request. Decent location near the port, with a slightly tricky finding. Breakfast had tasty dark bread.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location right in the harbor was perfect for us, as it allowed us to easily explore the city center. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable.

The hotel's location right near the port makes it extremely convenient for those arriving on the Viking Line ferry. It is also just a short walk away from the city center and the Old Town. Additionally, the clean and spacious rooms, excellent beds with nice white sheets, and helpful staff make for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet, although not the best in terms of choice, offers good food quality.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit hard to find.

Air-conditioned rooms, free WiFi, and a bar. The staff are always there to "help". Great location, I could practically see the port from my room. Loved the continental breakfast, especially when I could enjoy it with a view from the terrace. Brand new hotel, must be why everything looked so shiny!

The location, right in the harbor, was perfect for my early morning trip to Sweden. Plus, it was just a short walk to the old town. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. Although there were a few minor issues, like a hidden entrance and a slightly cold room, overall I was very happy with my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
