If you want a brilliant experience in the Peak District, you must stay here! The room was gorgeous, the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The location is incredible for walking. The facilities are exceptional and the place is absolutely spotless. The food and drinks are also exceptional but very reasonably priced. This is a must-visit place. We managed to get in plenty of walking and relaxing and the hotel made the experience for us.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the Peaks, and the Junior Suite we stayed in was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The bed and duvet were so dreamy, we slept like babies. The condensation in the room, which is to be expected in the winter months. There was a large puddle below the window sill, but it didn't bother us at all.

I came for some quiet space to relax, and it was perfect. Beautiful building, recently renovated. Views from every window I looked through were picturesque. The room I stayed in was lovely, with an extremely comfortable bed. The food at the restaurant was delicious and well-priced. The staff were friendly and provided prompt service. Despite a few minor issues like a strong smelling reed diffuser and a cold room, my overall experience was great.
