We also had the chance to try their restaurant, and the food was excellent. the breakfast provided a good variety of options, including fresh vegetables and fruits. we had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore all the sights and attractions nearby. It is just a short walk to the main square, putting you right in the center of all the action. The rooms are comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and modern amenities.

The hotel's location was superb, right in the center with easy access to the Old Town and close to Raekoja Plats. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was very close to tram and taxi points, making it convenient to explore this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent, offering a satisfying start to our days.

Polite multilingual staff, charming rooms with large, comfortable beds. Ideal location on main street of old town, only 1 min from main square. Early check-in option with spacious, clean suite. Fridge and kettle provided, along with little extras like bottle opener. Good, varied breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Very old and interesting building with excellent restaurants nearby. Budget-friendly options available with tiny but warm and clean rooms. Superb reception manager and delicious restaurant. Excellent breakfast options including crepes with jam and sour cream. Underfloor heating in bathroom a great bonus. Will stay again, maybe spring for a suite next time.

I loved being in the pedestrian area, it felt like I was truly immersed in the charm of the city. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the views. The hotel also offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch.

Had an amazing time staying in the heart of the city, just steps away from all the action. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complementary bottle of wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

The rooms were a bit on the small side, which made it difficult to move around with more than one suitcase. the Wi-Fi wasn't the strongest, which made it challenging to get work done.

I had the best hotel experience at Cru Hotel. the staff was adorable and discreet, yet very effective in their service. the location was perfect for exploring the city center of Tallinn on foot. the hotel itself was neat and nice, with authentic interior that transported you back to the 13th century. the breakfast buffet was wonderful, offering a great variety of both salty and sweet goods. I especially enjoyed the crêpes. it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had, with staff that were extra nice and helpful, and all the facilities I needed to relax after a long day of walking in the Old Town. the value for money was also excellent.
