I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the East coast of Bali with direct access to a beautiful white beach. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, from the moment I arrived with a welcome drink, to the room service and housekeeping. The rooms were luxurious and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony or terrace. The hotel also had great facilities, including a spa and wellness center, swimming pools, and a beachfront area. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel has great views of the ocean and the pools are nice and well-maintained. the breakfast selection is good and the staff is helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the fact that there are some good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and it’s easy to get a taxi to explore the area.

The facilities are a bit dated and there is no gym available. the beach area is small and not great for walking.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to be in direct touch with nature. It is situated in Candidasa, a beautiful area with a stunning white sand beach just a short distance away. The hotel also has easy access to local eateries, making it convenient to try different cuisines or grab a quick bite. The rooms are comfortable, with attention to detail and beautiful views. The staff provides excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast and meals at the restaurant are delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every taste.

The only downside is the noise levels in certain rooms, especially those facing the hotel bar. It can get quite loud, making it difficult for some guests to relax or sleep peacefully.

The location of this resort is absolutely stunning, situated right on the waterfront with breathtaking views. You can even take a boat trip to Nusa Penida or the Gili Islands, making it a perfect base for island hopping. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, ensuring that all your needs are met. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, offering a great start to the day. The resort also offers fantastic facilities, including two well-maintained pools and a spa.

The snorkel equipment rental fee is a bit pricey compared to neighboring properties.

the junior suite we booked exceeded our expectations with its stunning sea view and proximity to the quiet infinity pool. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed discounted massages at the spa. the resort also offered activities like football, badminton, and hammocks in the lush gardens. the Full Moon Festival on-site was a highlight, with great food and live music. it was a perfect place for a relaxing and authentic Bali experience.
