The hotel is situated in a very beautiful area, surrounded by picturesque gardens and a green park. The stunning gardens showcase trees that are at least a couple of hundred years old, creating a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms, with their nice furniture, provide a low level of comfort, while the bathrooms are well-maintained and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. The breakfast spread is also worth mentioning, with a variety of options to choose from to start your day off right.

The spa facilities were impressive, especially the great sauna, which had the traditional Finnish block sauna experience with the ability to throw water on the stones. The swimming pool was also a great place to cool off and swim a few laps. Additionally, the hotel's location, between a forest and a golf course, ensured a peaceful and serene atmosphere, where we woke up to the delightful sounds of birds chirping instead of rush-hour traffic. the hotel was clean, had excellent facilities, easy parking options, and was conveniently located, just a 4-minute walk from the center and adjacent to the golf course.

The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and close to a golf course and bike path. The chateau room has a nice sitting space. The hotel offers access to a thermal spa at a discounted price, with unlimited time. The staff is welcoming and the rooms are clean and organized.

I recently celebrated New Year at this hotel and it was a great experience. the hotel is located in a peaceful area near a golf club, which was a nice change of pace. the rooms were comfortable and spacious with ancient furniture that added to the charm. the price was reasonable for what was offered. the restaurant had a diverse menu and the food was tasty. the staff was friendly and attentive. a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

One downside was that we were given a room in a pavilion that was far away from the main building. It would have been nice to stay in the main castle as it would have added to the atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in Eastern Switzerland. The newly built garden wing provided a spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful bathroom. The castle lounges were adorned with original decor, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the birchermüesli. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore Liechtenstein, Vaduz, and other surrounding areas. Despite the minor inconvenience of the closed pools and tennis court during our winter visit, the hotel offered a new spa in the garden for relaxation. We also enjoyed dining in the village of Bad Ragaz and exploring its offerings, including a casino. we highly recommend this hotel as a perfect base for exploring the stunning Swiss countryside.

For golfers, this hotel is a great choice as it is close to the Bad Ragaz Golf Club. The views from the hotel were absolutely magnificent, and we loved waking up to the sound of birds singing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The quiet bucolic setting and large garden were very nice for relaxing. the spa offered a great way to unwind after a long day and the food was tasty and satisfying.

The checkout process was quite confusing and seemed disorganized. some of the staff seemed uninformed about certain aspects of the menu and couldn't provide much information or help.
