We stayed at a hotel during Xmas. the breakfast was free and they gave us two complementary chocolates which was a nice touch. the hotel was located near the city center which made it easy to explore the area. the room we stayed in had a great view of the city.

The hotel room was small and cramped, especially when we brought in our luggage. the bed was uncomfortable and the blankets were too thin for the cold seasonal weather.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests, making me feel valued and welcomed throughout my stay. One slight drawback was the occasional housekeeping issue, but it was quickly resolved with a sincere apology. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn.
