The mattress on the bed was uneven and too short on one side, leading to discomfort and interrupted sleep.

The service was amazing and the staff here treated us like royalty. We also appreciated all the amenities that this hotel had to offer; everything from the in-room air conditioning to the bar/lounge area was just perfect.

The location of this hotel is really great, just a short walk from the main attractions and close to public transportation. the hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. One of the best aspects is that the hotel provides tourist information to help you plan your activities.

The TV wasn't working well and when I asked for someone to come up to fix it, I received little to no help. the surrounding area did not feel safe and it wasn't in the best of neighborhoods, but it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

The bathroom was gleaming with a larger shower stall than usual. The staff regularly replenished the breakfast foods, even close to the end of the serving time. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance of the port and close to a supermarket. I had a positive experience and will consider staying here again.
