We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, with plenty of space and amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to both the north and south parts of this city as well as the east coast of Mauritius. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever experienced, with a different chef special every morning that tasted lovely.

With its prime location, we were able to easily explore the city and enjoy the stunning views of the port. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, offering a much-needed retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. We were also impressed with the hotel's facilities, including a club room for relaxation and a waterfront restaurant with a picturesque view.

Some of the male receptionists seemed to have an arrogant and impolite attitude, which was off-putting.

The staff in the restaurants, especially Vissen and Gerswin, were incredibly friendly and made our meals enjoyable. We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The beds were absolutely amazing, providing us with the comfort and support we needed. The location couldn't be better, right on the waterfront with balconies facing the city or the sea. Being close to the port and near the waterfront made it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the beautiful views. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with well-appointed rooms that had blackout blinds and soundproofing. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. the service and amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations.

the rooms had amazing views of the harbor, which was a delightful bonus. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the market in the city.

The check-in process was delayed, and the service and food quality in Port Louis were not up to par compared to other parts of Mauritius. However, I must mention that the professional manager, M. Titanand, made a big difference and provided excellent service, making our last evening in Mauritius memorable.
