The hotel provided a great experience with its inclusive boat tours and knowledgeable guides. The wildlife sightings were amazing, including sloths, monkeys, and various birds. The hotel's amenities such as the restaurant and pool were also enjoyable. It was a small and welcoming place that made us feel like part of a family.

There were some negative aspects. The receptionist seemed unhappy and unhelpful, making it difficult to arrange certain activities.

We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The spa and wellness centre was a great addition, offering a variety of treatments to help us unwind. the hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

What a great value for the money! This secluded hotel was nestled in the midst of beautiful grounds and abundant wildlife, making it feel like a true getaway. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was consistently delicious. I especially appreciated the air conditioning in my room and the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day. the boat tours were fantastic and allowed me to explore the surrounding natural scenery.

While the hotel was indeed a hidden gem, it was a bit inconvenient in terms of location. It wasn't possible to walk to any nearby villages or beaches, which was a bit of a bummer.

We had an incredible experience at a charming hotel tucked away in a serene corner of Costa Rica. During our stay at Manatus, we were welcomed by comfortable chalets and relished the cool respite provided by the A/C. Our wildlife spotting tours by boat with Luis as our guide were unforgettable, as he expertly pointed out various creatures. Each morning, the natural alarm clock of howler monkeys reminded us we were in the heart of nature. The hotel's delicious food and picturesque swimming pool overlooking the river added to our blissful rustic relaxation.
