The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, arranging a coffee ceremony and even giving us a lift to church. The leisure spa and wellness center was a great addition, offering a sauna and massage services. we highly recommend this hotel for its quality service and comfortable rooms.

The room we stayed in at Addissinia was like a dream come true. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a big, comfy bed with fluffy pillows that felt like sleeping on clouds. The room was always clean and fresh, with daily cleaning service from the friendly housekeeping staff. We had a large closet to hang all of our clothes for our 60-day adventure, and there was even a safe box big enough to fit our laptop and other valuables. The amenities provided were great, including a refrigerator, hot water pot, tea bags, and sugar for our drinks. The room had bedside tables on both sides for easy access to our personal items, and there was a nice mirror at the desk and in the bathroom. The bathroom itself had a nice-sized counter and the option for a shower or a long soak in the tub. We loved the large bay windows with a sliding glass door that led to a patio with a table and chairs. The view of the mountains and part of the city from the corner rooms was breathtaking. The elegant restaurant offered a comfortable dining experience with a variety of excellent meals to choose from, especially the buffet breakfast which was delicious. Throughout our stay, the staff at Addissinia were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to answer any questions we had. we had an amazing and pleasant experience, so much so that we have returned for the past four years.
