The location of the hotel was fantastic, making it convenient for my city trip. It was close to important landmarks and attractions, so I didn't have to spend too much time traveling. Additionally, the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were friendly, helpful, and provided great service throughout my visit.

There were a few downsides to my experience at the hotel. the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor.

He went above and beyond to address our issue and made us feel like part of the family. The spacious room and comfortable bed also added to our pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at a well-located hotel near the UN compound. The spacious room had a very comfortable bed and the public areas were bright and welcoming. The free airport transfer was excellent and the staff were friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times. Although there was no air conditioning, I was able to open the windows for fresh air. The hotel also offered fantastic facilities like a pool, gym, steam, and sauna. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and excellent services.

The computer guy went above and beyond in providing technical assistance.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good shower and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of Western and Ethiopian food, including delicious waffles and pancakes. The staff was well-trained and helpful. I especially enjoyed the traditional Ethiopian coffee served in the lobby. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the UN building.
