The staff at Sheraton were absolutely fantastic, kind, and always ready to assist. The hotel itself was secure, clean, and had a beautiful view. I was also impressed with the spacious compound and the international standard facilities. Thank you to all the staff, from the security team to the concierge, front desk, restaurant, drivers, and room service. You all made my stay wonderful. I truly appreciate it!

The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the location of the hotel is also excellent, being close to parks, the science museum, and a short ride to the main city areas. Additionally, the hotel itself is beautiful and provides a luxurious and upscale experience.

One downside was that the rooms were a bit warm and made it uncomfortable to sleep. It would have been great if the air-conditioning could cool the rooms more effectively.

Worst aspects of our stay were the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and the disappointing balcony view. the bathroom was not up to our expectations, with a broken toilet and a foul-smelling toilet brush.
