Great value for the price and room was comfortable with clean sheets. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Convenient location close to tourist attractions and sightseeing activities. Enjoyed the use of the sauna and steam room.

The shower had low water pressure and the water temperature was inconsistent. the advertised spa services were not available.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. the Spa & wellness center with the sauna, jacuzzi, and treatment rooms were top-notch, making it an unforgettable experience. the body wraps and beauty treatments were a must-try, plus the steam room and manicure services were extremely relaxing. We loved the private facilities as well as the sun terrace and garden area with breathtaking views. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious food and exquisite drinks.

The only minor issue we faced was the noise level due to the night club events, which could be disturbing for light sleepers. the leisure/TV room was available for winding down.

Brand new hotel with excellent location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the facilities including the gym, spa, and sports bar. Nearby lake for exercise. Strongly recommend for a joyful and pleasant stay.
