We had a late arrival at Winn Hotel and were greeted by lovely and helpful staff. the breakfast buffet was amazing, with options like made-to-order omelets and a great selection of food. the hotel provided a convenient shuttle to the airport, which was only 15 minutes away. the hotel is new, so everything was in great shape, including the comfortable beds and clean sheets and towels. the water pressure in the shower was good and the WiFi signal was strong throughout the hotel.

This hotel in the center of downtown offers great value for money. The staff are kind, supportive, and take extra care of their guests. The spacious rooms on the top floor with balcony give a beautiful view of Lake Tana.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The hotel offered us complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival and a nice touch was the small gift we received on New Year's Eve. the hotel is located near the market and the main attractions which made it very convenient to move around. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the city at night.

The breakfast was quite limited and not very appetizing. the staff was not very helpful and seemed more concerned with getting money than providing a good service.

My stay at Winn Hotel was exceptional. The hotel building is new and everything inside looked fresh. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had the pleasure of going on a trip organized by Tsegaab, one of the managers, who offered a fantastic price compared to other agencies. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bahir Dar. Don't forget to ask for a room with a view of Lake Tana, especially on the higher floors. The location is also great, close to the lake. The room itself was spacious, with a big balcony and a comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi connection was good and the hotel had air conditioning and mosquito nets. The value for money was excellent.
