I chose this hotel for a board meeting and found the Jacuzzi and ocean views beautiful. the tour operator was helpful with transport recommendations. the WiFi was reliable and reached my room, and the free 10-minute massage was a nice touch.

One service I missed for my work was a lack of a business center.

Spent Xmas in a remote island and it was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the owner of the resort was such a delight to talk to and we certainly appreciate his commitment to the sustainability practices they have in place. Oceanfront view from our room was stunning, especially during sundown. Snorkeling and the beach were great, and we loved being near the local village where we could get a glimpse of the local culture.

Aside from the owner, all the staff seemed to be clueless and poorly trained. We had to wait for hours for our meals to be served and the quality of the food was subpar.
