We encountered various maintenance issues with our room, such as a faulty dryer that was not properly fixed despite reporting it multiple times. We had an unfortunate incident where my son cut his foot with a piece of glass at the pool, and the response from the staff was slow and lacking in urgency.

The pool at the hotel was absolutely delightful, offering a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Plus, the Bula bus that takes you to the port in Denarau was a convenient and fun way to explore the area. I also appreciated the variety of dining options available, from the more expensive restaurants to the more affordable cafe and supermarket for self-catering. The Fijian atmosphere throughout the hotel was a lovely touch, and I particularly enjoyed the cultural shows in the restaurant at night. Lastly, the hotel's location made it a great starting point for day trips to the nearby islands.

The room had a stunning view and the sound of the waves in the morning was amazing. the bed was incredibly comfortable, the best we've ever slept in. the location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach with easy access. the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the food at the hotel was good with plenty of variety on offer. the hotel had facilities for both families and adults, catering to everyone's needs. the free kayaks and stand-up paddle boards provided added to the enjoyment of our stay. the Bula bus was a convenient and affordable way to explore the area.

We enjoyed the free welcome drink and cookies, as well as the Christmas carols sung by the friendly staff. the location was convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the fact that there was a fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool.

We were blown away by the warm welcome we received upon arrival at Hilton. The staff treated us like long-lost family, ensuring we felt right at home. The breakfast buffet at the hotel offered a wide range of options, from Asian to European cuisine, and the different fruit and bread/pastries were delicious. We also enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, which was only a short 25-minute drive from the airport. The Koro restaurant with its pool and adult-only area was perfect for a romantic evening for couples. And the Asian restaurant exceeded our expectations with its amazing food. we loved our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

We loved the view from our beachfront unit, it was truly breathtaking. The staff, especially the concierge, were fantastic and provided excellent service. The extensive breakfast options were a must-try and the overall service at the hotel was top-notch. The separate "no kids" breakfast venue was a welcome feature. The location of the hotel was perfect and it had a charming, unchanged atmosphere since it opened. The staff went above and beyond for the guests, making our stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast at Nuku, the family-friendly restaurant, was reasonably priced with a wide selection of delicious hot and cold foods. The rooms in the two-bedroom apartment were spacious and each had its own full bathroom with a bathtub. The shower was powerful and the toiletries provided were luxurious. The transport options were frequent and convenient. There were plenty of food options on-site and nearby in Port Denarau. The kitchen facilities in the apartment, including a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine. The balcony had enough space to enjoy meals and the BBQ looked impressive.
