I had the most amazing week-long stay at a resort with the best sunset views on the island. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and the manager was incredibly flexible and efficient in resolving any issues we had. The resort was recently remodeled, giving it a stylish and modern feel. As an SPG member, I also enjoyed a 15% discount on food at any of the restaurants. I am already looking forward to coming back next time. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. the amenities, including the pool, were clean and well-maintained. the location was convenient and offered beautiful views.

The breakfast experience was chaotic, with long waits for coffee and omelettes and a lack of seating. the adult pool was too quiet and lacked sufficient seating.

The staff at Westin were very friendly and helpful. the location is great for exploring tourist attractions. the food in the restaurants, especially the Kitchen Grill, was always tasty. the option to buy something light for lunch from the shop was convenient. the Ocean View ground floor room we stayed in was excellent. the shared facilities with adjacent Marriott resorts, Sheraton, and Sheraton Villa, were a bonus. the resort grounds were well-maintained and the room was always impeccably clean. the adults-only lap pool and spa were highlights, along with the happy hour and live music at the cocktail bar in the evenings.

Our stay at this hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was nice, with a comfy bed and a big bathroom. The location was great, especially if you want to explore the nearby tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were unbelievably wonderful and made my family holiday incredibly special and enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff at the Zing restaurant and The Kitchen were exceptional. The location of the hotel was great, close to the port area and convenient for taking the ferry to nearby islands. The hotel facilities, including the lap pool and Asian style restaurant, were top-notch. The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds were also highlights.

The lap pool is perfect for swimmers, while the gardens and ambiance are beautiful. The comfortable king bed ensures a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The included breakfast offers a great variety. It's convenient to have the golf club nearby.

Felt very welcome, no complaints whatsoever

We recently stayed at The Westin and had a wonderful time. The resort grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The sea view from our beachfront room was simply stunning. The snorkeling at Malolo island was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the underwater world. The Fiji weather in July was perfect, and we had a great time taking advantage of the warm climate. The staff at the resort were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

A great stay at The Westin! Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet with overflowing champagne, clean and spacious rooms, and great aircon. The best highlight was the wonderful staff who made our family holiday incredibly special and enjoyable. Totally recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the marina, allowing easy access to explore the other restaurants on the island. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a great bed and huge bathroom. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the breakfast options are good. The hotel also offers amenities such as a spa and a private pool, adding to the overall experience.

The hotel may not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel in some aspects.
