The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. the amenities, including the pool, were clean and well-maintained. the location was convenient and offered beautiful views.

The breakfast experience was chaotic, with long waits for coffee and omelettes and a lack of seating. the adult pool was too quiet and lacked sufficient seating.

Our stay at this hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was nice, with a comfy bed and a big bathroom. The location was great, especially if you want to explore the nearby tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The breakfast option could be improved.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were unbelievably wonderful and made my family holiday incredibly special and enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff at the Zing restaurant and The Kitchen were exceptional. The location of the hotel was great, close to the port area and convenient for taking the ferry to nearby islands. The hotel facilities, including the lap pool and Asian style restaurant, were top-notch. The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds were also highlights.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful weather, enjoyed the bula bus and live music by the pool. Spa in a lovely location. Complimentary fast and unlimited wifi. Spacious rooms, though bathrooms need upgrading.

We recently stayed at The Westin and had a wonderful time. The resort grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The sea view from our beachfront room was simply stunning. The snorkeling at Malolo island was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the underwater world. The Fiji weather in July was perfect, and we had a great time taking advantage of the warm climate. The staff at the resort were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

A great stay at The Westin! Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet with overflowing champagne, clean and spacious rooms, and great aircon. The best highlight was the wonderful staff who made our family holiday incredibly special and enjoyable. Thank you, Mereoni, Fiona Sinclair, Shaheem, and the amazing serving and waiting staff at Zing restaurant and The Kitchen.

Amazing staff, pleasant atmosphere, helpful with toddlers. Heavenly Spa provides great pedicures. Adults-only pool option and efficient service for room upgrades. Quiet Fijian ambiance, children's activities at neighboring property, good transport connections. Immaculate facilities and equipment. Marvellous staff. Great service, friendly and helpful. Perfect for first-time travelers. Enjoy the Bula bus and beautiful weather. Shopping and island hopping from Port Denarau.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location for families with older children, near the adult pool, gym, and massage area. The breakfast plan offers a wide variety of delicious options. a wonderful stay with friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Everything was spot on.

Absolutely loved it here, amazing resort and the staff are just incredible. Definitely will be coming back here! You can use the neighboring resorts pools too that really was an added bonus. The buffet breakfast was amazing too at The Westin and highly recommend going to the restaurant Zing for the $69 dinner buffet special. Loved it!!!

The staff at Westin made my stay truly memorable. From the warm welcome at reception to the helpfulness of the porters and breakfast staff, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I felt like I was at home, or even better! The amenities were fantastic, and the food was excellent. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life.

The staff, from Mereoni and Fiona Sinclair to the housekeeping maid and the waitstaff at Zing restaurant and The Kitchen, were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities, including the pool areas and gym, were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the adults-only pool. The room and lounge area were spacious and clean, and the included breakfast had a great variety of options. We also loved the fact that we could charge back to our room when using the hotel's facilities and restaurants. our time here was enjoyable, and we would definitely come back.

No complaints.

I had a great value for my money at this resort! The room was well-appointed and the bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Westin and other resorts nearby. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Fane who organized a beautiful surprise for our anniversary. The fire dances by the pool were a pleasant surprise too!

The breakfast selection could use some improvement, but the bakery was fantastic with delicious coffee.
