I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the hills outside Lucca. This place is nestled in an Olive orchard, offering breathtaking views of the valley below and the hills in the distance. The sunsets were absolutely spectacular. The location alone is worth visiting for. But the service at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. They were attentive, kind, and always ready to offer suggestions and assistance. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt well taken care of. The room I stayed in was modern, well-decorated, and very comfortable. I had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The hotel also offered a range of services, such as room service and laundry, which added to the convenience of my stay. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality at this hotel, making it a truly luxurious experience.

In terms of negatives, the only minor hiccup I experienced was a slight delay in the breakfast service, which took about 45 minutes. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at this venue.

Small, welcoming place with great breakfast, terrace, and pool. Superb staff, always welcoming and cheery. Very attentive, kind, and helpful. Pool is clean and comfortable. Great location outside Lucca, walking distance to a villa. Beautiful suite, spotlessly clean. Loved the amazing food.

The food and wine served at the hotel were absolutely delicious, and we appreciated the authentic Italian experience. the location was perfect - close to a beautiful town and with easy access to bigger cities. We also enjoyed the opportunity to take a cooking course and learn how to make fresh pasta.

The air conditioning in our room didn't work very well, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. some of the staff seemed inexperienced and the prices for drinks were quite high.

I loved watching the sunsets from the terrace, it was truly magical. The architecture of this place is also worth mentioning, as it seamlessly blends traditional and contemporary styles, blending into its natural surroundings perfectly. The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the warm welcome to the helpful recommendations, their hospitality was top-notch. On top of that, the food at the restaurant was truly amazing, a culinary delight that I would highly recommend.

The lack of nearby restaurants within walking distance. However, with all the amenities and services provided by this hotel, including room service, it wasn't really an issue for me.

The view on Lucca from the hotel was absolutely stunning. It was just a short drive away and we were able to enjoy the beautiful city. The food at the hotel's restaurant was a bit pricy, but the quality definitely matched the price. The staff was friendly and spoke perfect English, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and had amazing local bath products.
