I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Club Kuusamon Tropiikki. The spacious room was clean and comfortable, with a great layout for families. The hotel had excellent facilities, and the location was peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by snow-covered landscapes. The pool was fantastic, complete with a waterslide and jacuzzi. The food at the hotel was out of this world, with no queues at the buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a luxurious feel to the hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location outside of the city center provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and a terrace. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed me to stay connected during my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a lovely romantic escape surrounded by peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The spa was fantastic with a great selection of pools and saunas. The breakfast had a good variety of food and everything was fresh and delicious. the hotel is conveniently located near some great outdoor activities.

The room was quite small and basic, lacking of some amenities and not well soundproofed. Unfortunately, the staff were not as welcoming as we would have liked and could have been more helpful with local recommendations.

The location of the hotel is great, with a Mango restaurant near the lake and easy access to the excellent ski resort of Ruka with buses running several times a day. The rooms were adequate, with good facilities such as a nice big bathroom, shower, and flat-screen TV. The service was generally good and the breakfast offered a decent selection. Additionally, there were various facilities available such as a pool with water slide, jacuzzis, saunas, and a well-equipped gym.

Some guests mentioned that the hotel decor felt a bit old-fashioned, which could be improved.
