I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right by the harbour and in the center of the city. I loved being able to take a short walk down the road to the shore area and enjoy the beautiful views. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they even fulfilled my special request for a room with a park view. The room itself was tidy and newly equipped, with super cozy beds that made for a comfortable night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast in the morning was fresh, healthy, and had lots of delicious options to choose from.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

We had a fantastic stay at a well-situated hotel in Lappeenranta. The room was clean, comfortable, and had warm floors, which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. The gym was small but sufficient for a quick workout. During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable and cozy room. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. the hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to the main attractions and restaurants.

The bathroom was outdated and could use some renovations. the price was also a little steep considering the standard of the hotel.
