I recently stayed at Residenz Joop for 5 nights while visiting the area. The owner, Sabrina, was incredibly passionate and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel was impeccably clean, with a beautiful garden and a tasty breakfast. The room was surprisingly spacious for a single, with two windows and a mini fridge. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main train station. The staff, including Bianca, were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

The free wifi was an added bonus. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Magdeburg. we'll definitely be back.

The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff was friendly. you could walk to some historical sites from the hotel, which was great. the residential area was quiet and peaceful, which meant less noise during the day and night.

the lack of air conditioning in the rooms was unbearable, especially when the temperatures went over 25 degrees Celsius. It made it almost impossible to sleep at night and made the stay a bit uncomfortable.
