We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, as it was close to the restaurant we wanted to visit. We were also impressed with the wide range of amenities in our room, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a relaxing sitting area and a dining table. The hotel provided excellent service, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even a grocery shopping service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The location was great, close to restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with extra towels upon request. The room was also spacious and clean.

The noise levels were horrible, we could hear everything from outside and it made it difficult to sleep. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.

The location of the hotel is perfect for young people looking to explore the city, as it is within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants we wanted to try. We were able to easily access the centre of the city and enjoy the vibrant night life, while still being able to unwind in a quiet atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The friendly staff went above and beyond to meet our requests, updating our reservation multiple times without any issues.

The parking fee was not properly communicated to us during check-in, leading to confusion and a slight inconvenience.
