We arrived late after a long journey and had issues with our credit card. The helpful receptionist suggested an alternative solution and made sure we could pay in the morning. The room was comfortable and the hotel had secure parking, making us feel at ease. The location was convenient, right off the highway. The breakfast spread was satisfying and the staff were friendly. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its affordability and convenience. I had a pleasant stay at Ace Hotel Valence.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money, with nice, clean, and fresh rooms. The facilities are above average for a budget hotel. The staff are nice and the location is convenient, close to the autoroute.

No kettle in the room. Despite that, all was good.

Enjoyed a comfortable bed and spacious room. Wifi worked well. Borrowed cutlery to eat pizza in the room. Amazing experience, I felt like royalty!

Staff didn't know much about local attractions because I didn't speak French. How dare they not be fluent in every language?

The room had a balcony with a lake view. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with fresh croissants and baguette bread. Convenient free parking and boiled eggs machine.

The breakfast was nice and filling. the hotel's location near the highway made it an ideal stopover for our thanksgiving trip. the staff was also very helpful in providing us with information about the area.

The hotel's surroundings were not very attractive. the room we stayed in had poor lighting, which affected our overall experience.
