The central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the iloft Team was incredibly helpful in organizing taxi transfers and sharing local recommendations. He provided excellent guidance for parking, even directing us to a more affordable option, and personally escorted us there. He promptly delivered anything we needed and even offered to collect and send a forgotten item. The service provided by Carlos and the team at ILoft was exceptional, offering a truly memorable experience.

The service provided by Alejandro was exceptional, from the warm welcome to organizing our extended stay due to unforeseen circumstances.
