We loved the semi-olympic size and heated pool on the rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of biking. The staff was exceptional and attended to all of our needs. The room had a well-equipped kitchen, a great balcony, and a TV with Netflix. The hotel was conveniently located and the rooms were clean and spacious.

The hotel's rooftop pool was a highlight for our kids, and we enjoyed spending time there every day. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating, assisting us with a golf cart rental and providing information about the area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a balcony overlooking a lovely courtyard.

Loved the newness and simplicity of the hotel. Loved the underground parking and the convenience it offered. - the infinity pool on the roof was a highlight and provided a great place to relax and enjoy the views.

The noise from the nearby road was quite bothersome, especially in the rooms facing it. The location was not as central as expected, requiring a 10-minute walk to reach the downtown area and an additional 10 minutes to reach the beaches.

Loved spending my Xmas vacation here, the luxurious facilities are amazing! Best aspects were the incredible pool and rooftop setting, perfect for soaking up the sun, and the comfortable beds made every night a dream. the staff was very helpful and spoke English, and there were two complementary facts offered which were the cherry on top.

There were also some negative aspects. the first was the small bathroom, which could be a challenge for larger guests.

I was blown away by the stunning pool on the roof level at Puerto. The view from up there was absolutely breathtaking. I also loved the beautiful yard on the bottom level, it was a peaceful oasis to relax in.

During my stay, there was a bit of noise from a corn hole game being played beneath my window. It got quite loud at times and went on for hours, which was a bit inconvenient.
