The staff at this hotel were amazing, always going above and beyond to help us during our stay. the young lady at breakfast was so attentive and cheerful, making sure we had everything we needed. the front desk was also very helpful, answering all of our questions and fulfilling our requests. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect - within walking distance of most major sights in the city.

One downside was that our room was on the smaller side, but that's to be expected in a bustling city like this. Additionally, our room was quite hot and the thermostat didn't allow us to lower the temperature.
