We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, offering helpful tips for what to see and do in this city. They even gave us free bikes to ride around, which made getting to nearby attractions super convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the pool, were well-maintained. Additionally, the location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet area, but still close to the attractions and the old town. The breakfast provided was delicious and freshly prepared every morning. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, always smiling and welcoming.

I had the most amazing couple of days at Heart Lodge. Matt and his lovely friends and family were incredibly supportive and kind throughout my stay. They made me feel like part of the family and the rooms were spacious, clean, and stylish. The continental breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the location in the old town was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Japanese bridge. There were plenty of restaurants and bars in the area and I even had the option to rent a scooter and do my laundry. I highly recommend Heart Lodge for a fantastic stay in Hoi An.

The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the action. The hardworking team went above and beyond to provide information, delicious breakfasts, and assistance throughout our stay. We absolutely loved it and would gladly return!

I recently stayed at Heart Lodge for five nights during my visit to Hoi An. The spacious and clean room had all the amenities of a hotel. The friendly family who owns the homestay went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, offering helpful tips and even providing free scooter rentals. The iced tea they greeted us with was refreshing after exploring the city. I also highly recommend their restaurant in the old town.

We got incredible value for our money at Heart Lodge. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to all the action but still peaceful. The staff treated us like family, always welcoming and helpful.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the hotel facilities were excellent. We were able to park our car easily at the hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in the city center and within walking distance of the old town and the Japanese bridge. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist us with any queries or requests.

The check-in process was smooth and they provided us with a helpful map of the area. the location was ideal, with easy access to the main attractions. An additional advantage was the free use of bicycles to explore the surroundings, which we really enjoyed.

The hot water ran out during our morning showers, which was a bit inconvenient. the staff could have been more accommodating when it came to addressing this issue.

I also highly recommend trying the cooking course at their restaurant in the old town - it was a highlight of our trip. I felt privileged to stay here and would love to come back and stay with this wonderful family again.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered cozy and comfortable rooms with a charming view. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to various food stalls and restaurants, allowing me to easily explore and indulge in the local cuisine. Another advantage I enjoyed was the eco-friendly accommodation, with water refilling stations on each floor, promoting sustainability.

One issue I encountered during my stay was the lack of hot water from the shower in the morning. It would have been more enjoyable if this issue had been resolved.

The design of the lodge is jaw-dropping, with everything super clean and new in the room. Math, the owner, was incredibly friendly and recommended all the best places in town. The location is perfect, close to the city but tucked away from any noise. The bed was so comfy, and the lodge had an ecological focus with water filters on every floor. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were always smiling and making me feel at home. Free bikes were available to explore the area. this was the best place to stay in Hoi An! 20 out of 10 stars!
