De locatie van het hotel is erg handig, het is gemakkelijk te bereiken met de bus vanaf de luchthaven en niet ver van het stadscentrum. Op een drukke ochtend tijdens het inchecken was de service uitstekend. Het hotel is natuurlijk goed gelegen voor kantoren in Antwerpen en de faciliteiten zijn natuurlijk geweldig.

De badkamers zijn verouderd en er was veel lawaai van de snelweg. De badkamers waren niet goed onderhouden, met ontbrekende voegen tussen de vloertegels, wat een onhygiënische indruk gaf.

Our host Anne was great! She was patient and very friendly, even though we arrived late due to a flight delay. The XVII century apartment has been nicely updated with modern amenities while still retaining its vintage charm. The beds were comfortable, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. It was a wonderful experience staying here.
