We got great value for our money at Arc-En-Ciel. The room was clean, comfortable, and even had a convenient phone charging hub. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and popular tourist sites. The staff was incredibly friendly, well-trained, and went out of their way to provide helpful information and assistance.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider variety of items on offer.

We loved our stay at Arc-En-Ciel Contact Hotel in Colmar. The breakfast was great and it was only a short walk to the Historic centre. Having onsite parking was a bonus. Although the room was a little small, it wasn't a problem for our overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and spoke good English, offering lots of help and maps. The location was perfect, with easy access to main roads for our day trips around Alsace. a top choice for a 2-star hotel in Colmar, exceeding our expectations.

The hotel is situated on the Northern outskirts of this city, but it is easy to get to the historic district in just a short walk. The hotel facilities are well organized and the check-in process was quick and pleasant. The staff were extremely helpful and treated all guests like personal friends. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and there was a separate shower and sink area.

We had a great stay at Arc-En-Ciel in Colmar. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, and though it didn't have air conditioning, the fan and air refresher provided were helpful in keeping us cool. The breakfast was lovely, and our son especially loved the "make your own pancakes" stand. The hotel's small garden in the back was a nice touch, and we appreciated the convenience of having a bakery called "Paul" within walking distance. it was a pleasant and reasonably priced option for our visit to the scenic old part of town.
