The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was close to the beach and the main pool. We enjoyed spending time at the swim up bar and the surprise foam parties were a fun addition to our weekend getaway.

The room was a bit small for a king bed and could use more space for luggage and movement. The beach area was also quite small and limited for swimming.

I recently stayed at Cancun Bay Resort for a week and had the best time ever! The suite option with an extra bedroom was perfect for my needs. The private beach was clean and beautiful, and there were plenty of food choices and cocktails to enjoy. I loved every part of my stay here and plan on coming back every year!
