Great staff and activities. Food options were disappointing and rooms need updates.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service. the location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was close to the beach and the main pool. We enjoyed spending time at the swim up bar and the surprise foam parties were a fun addition to our weekend getaway.

The room was a bit small for a king bed and could use more space for luggage and movement. the beach area was also quite small and limited for swimming.

The staff, transportation, food options, cleanliness, pools, beach, activities, theme nights - all amazing!

There is a heated pool bar with jacuzzi and Italian restaurant on site. The atmosphere is personal and the staff are helpful with any requests.

We had a wonderful stay at Cancun Bay Resort. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful beach. The all-inclusive package was a fantastic deal with all food and drink included at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and spoke fluent English, making us feel welcome and special.

I recently stayed at Cancun Bay Resort for a week and had the best time ever! The suite option with an extra bedroom was perfect for my needs. The food and drinks were delicious, especially at the sushi bar. The entertainment was top-notch, with activities organized by the friendly staff, like the pool foam party and the grilled lunch. The private beach was clean and beautiful, and there were plenty of food choices and cocktails to enjoy. I loved every part of my stay here and plan on coming back every year!

I had an amazing weekend at this cozy all-inclusive resort. the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with great views of the pool and bar area. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. the food at the Trattoria and Sushi Bar was delicious, offering a range of tasty options. the resort's location was perfect, with easy access to various water activities and tours nearby.

The buffet restaurant had limited choices, especially for vegetarians like myself. I would have appreciated more variety in the vegetarian options.
