As foreign tourists, we loved the excellent location of Mitsui Garden Hotel. It was a short walk to convenient stores, restaurants, the Peace Memorial Museum, and the closest tram station. The view from our room on the 23rd floor was fantastic. The amenities in the room, such as the trouser press, kettle, fridge, and hair dryer.

Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints whatsoever.

We loved the helpful and gracious staff at the front desk. They held our luggage and provided us with local directions. The highlight was when our room was unbearably warm, and they quickly arranged for a fan to be brought to our room. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We felt very relaxed during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The complimentary drinks and stunning views from the top floor restaurant made for a delightful evening. Despite the small size of the triple room, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring. I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. its location was perfect for me, as it was located at the main street of the city. Moreover, it was quite tranquil, which I appreciated very much. This place is in proximity to all the main sightseeing locations, which I was able to visit easily. Secondly, the staff was very helpful, especially the ones on the reception desk, who helped me out with requests for cutlery ASAP. They should be commended for their efforts. Lastly, I must point out the in-room amenities - from the comfortable heating and air conditioning to the flat-screen TV, this venue has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great city center location, walking distance to attractions and shopping. Clean and quiet room with comfortable, large bed and western-sized shower. Friendly staff and convenient nearby convenience stores. Good value for the price. Would definitely stay again. 😊

We stayed at a hotel located on a busy boulevard, which was really convenient. It was so close to the train station and all the interesting places we wanted to visit. We were able to easily explore the city on foot. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything in the right place. The friendly staff spoke excellent English and made us feel at home. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious foods, and we enjoyed the incredible view from the dining room.

The curtains in the room were quite thick and heavy, blocking out all the light and making it difficult to wake up in the morning.

Beds and bathrooms clean. Pleasant staff. Convenient location. Large rooms and bathrooms. Amenities replenished daily.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all the questionsI had at reception. I was pleasantly surprised when they left a little package outside my room with new towels and toiletries when I had the "do not disturb" sign out. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Peace Memorial Park and the main shopping area on Hondori Street. The view from my room and the restaurant on the 25th floor was absolutely amazing.

I recently stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel in Hiroshima for three nights. The location was excellent, only a short walk to the Peace Memorial and Gardens, with tram transport nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite our limited Japanese language skills. The room, although small, was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping service was outstanding. I also appreciated the variety of Japanese and Western options for breakfast. I would gladly recommend this hotel to friends.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, even allowing us to bring our bikes into our room without any issue. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed and provided great recommendations for places to eat and visit in the city. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was very close to the main attractions and just a short tram ride away from the peace memorial and garden. Additionally, the beds were so comfortable that we wished we could take them home with us.

The hotel we stayed in during our business trip was very convenient and had a great location. We were able to easily visit nearby shops and restaurants. we enjoyed two complementary amenities. the breakfast room offered excellent views of the city and a large variety of food. the wifi was fast and reliable, which was necessary for our work needs.

The check-in process was slow and we had to wait in a queue for the lifts multiple times. the air conditioning was not very effective, and the room was too hot.

We had a great stay at a hotel in Hiroshima. the location was perfect, just a short walk from Peace Memorial Park, the museum, and other famous sites. We didn't need to take any buses during our trip. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options. the staff spoke English and were helpful. the view from the restaurant was amazing, especially at night. Our room was comfortable and had a nice view of the city from the 23rd floor. Mitsui Garden Hotel exceeded our expectations.
