Exceptional Parisian experience with beautiful design.

The price for our initial night was raised unexpectedly, which was frustrating. Although the hotel initially promised two bottles of water daily for our room, we only received one during our stay. Additionally, when we requested a late check-out, it was denied without any reasonable explanation, adding to our disappointment.

Had a great stay with heaps of friendly staff, but the air conditioning was non-existent and my room felt like a sauna—totally ruined my sleep. Sweet location, though.

I visited for a leisure trip, and I truly enjoyed the atmosphere. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to stroll through beautiful Paris, with the Louvre Museum just a 20-minute walk away. My favorite part was the beautiful breakfast, especially the fresh honeycomb. it was a delightful touch that set the tone for my day!

My stay at Maison Astor was simply charming! The staff, especially the concierge Fabien, knew the best local eateries, ensuring we didn’t miss out on the finest French cuisine. Each morning, I was delighted by the gorgeous breakfast buffet featuring fresh honeycomb—what a sweet touch!

The Junior Suite was spacious enough for my family, but we faced some challenges like the lack of daily water service and a denied late check-out request. While the atmosphere was cozy and the staff attentive, the room rate was higher than expected, reflecting the typical Parisian pricing. Great for families looking for a comfortable base in the city.

this hotel has a really cozy atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is totally the best with fresh honey on the comb, which was pretty awesome. the decor is pretty nice, and i loved our suite with a balcony filled with sweet-smelling flowers. the staff was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome with yummy macaroons. also, its location is super convenient, just a 7 min walk to saint-lazarre which makes exploring easy.

the air conditioning was not working well which made the room kinda hot, and the elevator situation was a total drag with long waits.

the design is a perfect mix of old charm and modern flair. the shower drain was slow.

Super friendly staff, really accommodating – they went out of their way to help us. The room service was superb, with great quality food. Location feels central, making it easy to explore the city. !

I loved how the staff greeted us with authentic warmth, making our trip feel extra special. The breakfast setup was delightful, especially the yummy pastries at the snack bar, and the cleanliness of our room was top-notch. Only thing was, the TV setup had us scratching our heads, a bit tricky to manage.
