The service and cleanliness were impeccable during our city break. the staff were friendly, warm, and very attentive. We also appreciated the well-sized room, considering how small rooms can be in major European cities. the hotel's location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from several historic buildings.

One downside was the price, as it felt overpriced and not worth more than 200 Euro per night. Additionally, there was a lack of personal touch, as the hotel didn't acknowledge my birthday during our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome champagne and cookies, a nice touch after a long day of travel. the room itself was clean and well-equipped, including a very comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep.
