The romantic escape at this hotel was truly memorable. We were captivated by the stunning views from our room, overlooking the picturesque valley. The old windmill nearby added to the charm. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional gastronomic experience. Each course was a masterpiece of flavors, showcasing the use of locally foraged produce. The breakfast spread was a delightful treat, with a variety of delicious options. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome and accommodated our needs effortlessly.

While the rooms were interesting and well-equipped, the sloping ceilings in the attic room proved to be a bit problematic. We had a few encounters with them, particularly in the tiny toilet area.

I recently stayed at Le Saltimbanque - Auberge Du Moulin - Garden Swim Spa for a short getaway. The hotel, tucked away on a hilltop near a restored windmill, offers breathtaking views of the Val du Somme. The chef's culinary expertise shines through in every aspect of the stay, from the comfortable and clean rooms, to the thoughtful touches like the coffee machine, fresh water, and little gifts in the rooms. The breakfast spread was a delightful feast of fresh bread, local cheeses, homemade muesli, and jams, all enjoyed with stunning views from the restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows. Even though I missed out on dinner, other guests raved about the exceptional dining experience. I can't wait to return!
