I was impressed with the detailed directions the hotel gave me when I emailed ahead of my trip. It made finding the hotel and navigating Paris much easier. The location was perfect with easy access to transportation and great food options nearby. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Austin's Saint Lazare Hotel for 3 nights for a business trip. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The bonus of having a kettle and tea/coffee in the room was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and the location was great. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially for women with a variety of muesli, cheese, yogurt, fruits, and fresh bread and croissants.

Great location near train and metro stations, with shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and spacious with a coffee maker and toiletries provided. Even has a hidden closet! The provided breakfast is tasty and plentiful, with lots of bread. Elevator is a plus.

The hotel had a great price and location. We were able to access the city very easily from this hotel. We were surprised to see that the breakfast was complimentary, which was a nice bonus. the rooms were very clean and tidy, which was essential for us. We also loved that the elevator was large because we have stayed in other hotels in the city where the elevator was tiny.

The staff could have been friendlier and more approachable. the neighbourhood was not the best, and we felt a little bit uneasy walking around at night.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was not far from the Hop-on Hop-off terminal and the Metro, making it easy to get around Paris within minutes. That the hotel was located on a busy street, which meant some potential noise disturbances from the cars and honking in the morning.

There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and a grocery shop nearby. the room, although small, was extremely clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the kettle and tea/coffee provided. the breakfast area, though small, was cute and clean. the croissants were tasty and the cappuccino from the machine was to my taste. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. a great stay.

I had a great time staying at Austin'S Saint Lazare. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and attractive, and the large modern bathroom was a bonus. The location was perfect, right across from a train station and surrounded by shopping and dining options. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during a heat wave, and the continental breakfast was generous and delicious. I also appreciated the desk and chair in the room for when I needed to work.

I stayed at Austins SL previously and the location and facilities were as expected. The rooms have been updated during that time. The staff is very helpful and even held my luggage for me for 2 days without a problem. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Opera and easily accessible from the airport.

The hotel is in a great location, situated between the main attractions towards the Eiffel Tower and other ones at Sacre Coeur. It is also surrounded by numerous dining options, so not having a restaurant at the hotel is not a problem. The rooms, despite being small, are clean and recently refurbished. They are well organized and have a cozy feel to them. Additionally, the breakfast offered in a nearby café across the street is simple but filling, with traditional French options like croissants and good cheese.
