Cool and spacious flat in 10th arrondissement. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Stylishly furnished with lovely bathrooms. Quiet at night with comfy beds. Convenient location near good restaurants and cafes, and a short walk from the train station. Amenities like multiple washing machines were a nice bonus.

The location was fab, close to everything and the bed was so comfy I didn't want to leave. Loved the crisp bedding and the hassle-free check-in. Oh, and free lockers? What a bonus!

Oh, the joy of having a separate bathroom with no sink for handwashing. How thoughtful!

Everything was smoothly organized and explained via email. the automated system, with code-locked doors and no keys, made it convenient. the location was great, with several metro stations nearby and a short walk to the Louvre and the opera. the room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for our group of four. the communication with the hosts was pleasant, and they were responsive to our requests. There were also plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets in the area. a highly enjoyable experience.

This hotel was like stepping into the future! Everything was automated, from the keypad entry to the no-key access system. The room itself was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a stylish boutique chic vibe. I loved the fact that there was a small kitchenette in the room, which was perfect for preparing light meals. Additionally, the free laundry facilities on the lower floors were a great convenience. The hotel's location was also a big plus, situated in a vibrant area with plenty of cafes and shops just a few blocks away.

While the room had plenty of positive aspects, there were a couple of downsides. the shower was quite small, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

Some rooms faced an internal wall or other building, which resulted in a lack of privacy and a view into someone else's living room. The hotel should inform guests in advance about the limited views from certain rooms.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! There is a really nice Vietnamese restaurant just steps away, perfect for a delicious meal. Plus, it's conveniently located near several metro lines, making it easy to explore all of Paris. Getting to the hotel from the airport with luggage is a breeze thanks to the excellent public transport connections. And being in the center of Paris, you have all the attractions right at your doorstep.
