Spending Easter at this hotel was a great experience! the staff was very helpful and attentive during the whole stay. I loved the fact that the breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted amazing. the location was perfect for us, very close to the airport and easy access to the city. the pool area was fantastic, we could relax and enjoy the sun with a refreshing drink.

The only downside for me was the lack of vegetarian options for lunch, but overall, it was not a big deal since we explored nearby restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, close to the airport and the office we needed to visit. The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was always available and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of delicious options. We also loved the facilities, like the rooftop restaurant with fantastic seafood and the kitchen with a great breakfast buffet. it was a high-quality experience.

That there weren't many vegetarian options on the lunch menu.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, kind, and understanding during a difficult time. The head of security took care of everyone in the lobby and the general manager personally assisted guests with their luggage. The front desk staff, Nader, Ahlam, and Moataz, were professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet at Kitchen 7 was delicious and Tonica was a great place to relax.

The hotel provided a luxurious experience exceeding my expectations. the service staff went above and beyond to attend all my needs, making my stay a very comfortable one. the outdoor swimming pool area and the garden area were an oasis of calm and relaxation. the special diet menus exceeded my expectations with a wide range of scrumptious dishes. the in-room breakfast was delivered promptly and was of high quality.

The only minor issue I had with this hotel was the absence of a sauna and a spa & wellness center. the massage provided by this hotel staff made up for it.

The breakfast at Jw Marriott was absolutely delicious. I loved the variety of foods available, especially the fantastic seafood table with all the sushi, sashimi, and maki. The replacement of empty dishes with fresh ones was very organized. The staff at the last floor restaurant were polite and helpful.
